Watts 1″ Standard Capacity Lead-Free Water Pressure Reducing Valve. Designed for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, this valve offers a temperature range from 33 degrees to 160-Degrees Fahrenheit and an adjustable reduced pressure range from 25 PSI to 75 PSI with a 50 PSI factory setting. Its union inlet and outlet connections ensure easy installation, while the bypass feature controls thermal expansion pressure. An integral stainless steel strainer, thermoplastic seat, and sealed spring cage provide durability and reliability. Serviceable in line, this valve meets ASSE 1003, ANSI A112.26.2, CSA Standard B356, Southern Standard Plumbing Code & IAMPO Listed. The wetted surface of our Lead-Free products contacted by consumable water contains less than 0.25% of lead by weight.
