Description

B & K 1″x5″ Schedule 80 Nipple. Made of durable PVC, this nipple is suitable for pressure applications with a maximum pressure of 315 pounds per square inch. It features a smooth interior wall for less pressure loss and higher volume than conventional metal fittings. Resistant to mild acids, solvents, and oils, this nipple meets ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) specifications D1785. Pipe thread compound or sealing tape should be applied to the threaded portion of the nipple.
