Charlotte Pipe’s 4″x3″ DWV Schedule 40 Offset Closet Flange with Adjustable Metal Ring. Made of lightweight PVC, this flange is easy to install and requires no special tools for cutting. It can be joined using solvent cementing, threading, flanging, or roll-grooved joining. The flange is designed for use in gravity-fed waste elimination systems and non-pressure systems where temperatures do not exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Comes with a 5-year warranty.
